Utilize el siguiente formato para el nombre del archivo:
apellido-x-####-yz.jpg
Donde x es el primer carácter de su nombre.
#### son los cuatro últimos números de su teléfono.
Donde y es la letra de la sección (A, B, C, D).
Donde z es el número de la imagen (1,2,3,4).

Ejemplo:  smith-j-1234-A1.jpg (Imagen Número 1 en la Sección A, de John Smith, número de teléfono 727-784-1234)
El nombre de los archivos puede ir en minúscula o mayúscula.

INSTRUCTIONS:  To Start, Click inside Field Window T1.  Use "Tab" Key to advance to next Field.
Do not use the ENTER KEY: Use the Tab Key or Mouse Click to advance to the next field. Leave unused fields blank.
Please use the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page after completing the form.

Since there are four possible Sections, please insert the appropriate letter A, B, C, D in the Image Filename as shown below:
Use the following Format for your Image Filename:
surname-x-####-yz.jpg
Where x is the first character of your given name.
#### is the last four digits of your phone number.
Where y is the Section Letter (A, B, C, D).
Where z is the image number (1,2,3,4).

Example:  smith-j-1234-A1.jpg (Image Number 1 entered in Section A, by John Smith, phone no. 727-784-1234)
Filenames are not case sensitive.
